By using the Mylifecoach services, you agree to the following general conditions (General Terms and Conditions, GTC). The term coaching applies in the following overarching and includes advice and any kind of consultation and exchange of information.
CANCELLATION FEE FOR INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS
You agree to cancel appointments in a timely manner. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the appointment, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the fee for the arranged appointment.
CANCELLATION OF SEMINAR PARTICIPATION
Withdrawal from a seminar is only possible in writing. Withdrawal from a seminar can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. Participation fees already paid will then be refunded in full. In case of later cancellation, no-show or early withdrawal, the full seminar fee has to be paid. No claim for reimbursement of the seminar fees exists in such cases.
CONFIDENTIALITY
It goes without saying that we as coaches are subject to absolute confidentiality. The confidential contents of the coaching conversations may only be disclosed to third parties with the written consent of the coaching client.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY
As our client, you acknowledge that all steps and actions you take in the course of a coaching or a seminar are your own responsibility.
FEE AND SESSION DURATION
Unless otherwise agreed, a coaching session lasts 90 minutes. In the event of an extension, the actual time used will be billed rounded to the nearest quarter of an hour. If a regression session is agreed upon, it will take 2 to 3 hours and will be billed at a flat rate.
The coaching offered here is not a service in the usual sense. By paying the fee you create the possibility that the coaching can take place. The price is therefore independent of what takes place within the created possibility. You are responsible for using the opportunity in the best sense for yourself. Our coaches will do their best to support you in this.
PAYMENT AND DUE DATE
Our claim to payment of the fee arises for each individual service as soon as we have performed it. All services that are not expressly stated as being included in the fee are additional services that are paid for separately. Our fee is due for payment as soon as you receive our invoice. You will be in default even without a reminder if you do not make the payment within 10 days after the due date and receipt of the invoice. In this case, you agree to pay interest on overdue payments at the statutory interest rate.
EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY
We shall not be liable to you for the provision of verbal information. We are only liable to you for any damages resulting from our activities in case of intent and gross negligence. Further indemnification by Soul Sense GmbH or our coaches personally is excluded.
WRITING REQUIREMENT
All agreements must be in writing; this also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement itself.
